To take advantage of the membership rate, your membership must be active upon registration and at the time of the event. Make sure your membership is active for 2026 by logging in and visiting your Personal Snapshot before starting event registration. To ensure you are registered correctly, please also review your Profile and Professional Background (and Professional Role) to maintain accurate, current information.

Please note that membership is not granted immediately upon application as all applicants must go through a review process for approval.

Registration Rates

We are only offering in-person attendance for this event.
Early Bird registration ends at 11:59pm CST on February 20, 2026.
Registration after this date will result in the regular rate being applied.

Cancellation Policy

A refund request must be submitted in writing at least one month prior to the event and is subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Any request submitted within one month of the event is non-refundable. Please reach out to info@contactderm.org for more information.
